AGE:     Minimum age for all drivers in the Turks & Caicos is 25yrs.

B US    BUSINESS HOURS:  Daily 8am – 5pm

            HOLIDAYS: Island Wheels and Rentals is open for public holidays

PAY    PAYMENT OPTIONS: We accept all major credit cards or cash as payment options. Please remember that we ONLY use us currency and a deposit is required (which is refunded at the a   and of use of the vehicle if there is no damage)

MIL     MILEAGE: Mileage is unlimited

AIR    AIRPORT PICKUP: Airport delivery of vehicles, airport pick up of vehicles or airport pickup of passengers renting from bayside car rentals are available for an additional fee of $20.  round trip of $10.00 each way. Customers that opt for this service must include flight information when making the reservation.

Gra Island Wheels and Rentals  pick up/Return to airport:: renting a car at the office or any location outside the airport with return to the airport is a mandatory $10.00 airport pick up fee  

ADD   ADDITIONAL DRIVERS: Additional driver’s carry a fee of $5.00 per day.

GAS:   Renters should return vehicle with gas level the same way as it was given to you, additional fees will be charged at the bayside car rentals rate.

CAN   CANCELLATION: All cancellations not communicated 48 hrs in advance of the rental date will incur a one day charge of the total rental. All cancellations of the contract after checking out is refundable in 24 hrs intervals.If you are a no show you will be given a period of 24 hrs to contact us, otherwise will be charged according to Island Wheels and Rental  cancelation policy.

INS  INSURANCE: Third party insurance is available. This type of insurance covers damages to third parties and their property in the event of an accident. All damages to any vehicle rented are the responsibility of the renter.

Full Coverage Insurance (collision Insurance) is available at $12.99 per day. There is a $500.00 deductible and this policy does not cover medical, tires, windows, lights and Ignition keys.
